In addition to the International Diploma in Personal Coaching we have the following coaching specialisations:
Our graduates gain automatic Professional Membership to the National Coaching Institute and are given the opportunity to also join our specialist coaching teams.
Our International Diploma in Personal Coaching is recognised globally by the International Coach Federation (ICF) up to 100 hours of accreditation towards your ICF Coaching Credentials.
We have designed our course in a way that allows our students to gain a deep understanding of each competency in the first part of the program via our our online learning modules.
Our face to face workshops allow our students to gain up to 24 hours of face to face training every 12 weeks.
Our Coaching Philosophy firstly acknowledges that most people do not clearly understand how professional coaching differs from training, mentoring and consulting. By basing our training on the 11 Core Competencies of the International Coach Federation, our program empowers our graduates to adopt an approach consistent with the ICF Code of Professional Conduct.
The relationship between coach and client evolves over time. In recognition of the this process, and the expectations of our clients, the National Coaching Institute has developed the Phased Coaching Model.
Phase 1: Discovery Phase
